Haily started in the insurance industry in 2017 and is licensed in property, casualty, and life insurance. In May of 2022, she joined the Dan Schani Insurance Agency, who is an affiliate of Unisource Insurance Associates. She is attending UW-Whitewater to obtain her Bachelor of General Business with an emphasis on risk management. Haily has two rescue dogs: Sophia who is 12yrs old and Tuffy who is 2yrs old. In her spare time, she enjoys attending car shows, traveling, snowmobiling, and watching races at Slinger Speedway.
